Guitar Groups perform on St. Georges Day
Members of Ricky's Guitar groups at Guildhall Feoffment and Ricky's Phoenix Folk Group performed for the St Georges Day Service in St Marys Church on Sunday.
They performed to 1100 Scouts, Guides and their leaders in the congregation! They performed songs for 20 minutes while the Parade from Angel Hill entered the church to take their seats and also played and sang to lead the congregation in the Songs of Praise during the service.
They had individual mics and guitars plugged in to the sound system, and several of the group sang solos with some songs performed in two part harmony whilst playing guitars using a variety of finger styles and strum patterns.
