I have been a Governor at Guildhall Feoffment for the last seven years, initially as a Parent Governor and most recently as a Local Authority Governor.  I have had children at Guildhall Feoffment on a continuous basis for the last nine years and aim to ensure parental views are represented and considered by Governors and also at the School Organisational  Review (SOR) Parent Governor Group that is co-ordinated by Suffolk County Council.  As well as a member of the Governing Body Finance Committee, I am also Chair of the Personnel Committee.  I have worked in Human Resources for the last 18 years, 15 of which have been in the education sector.  Most recently I have been working with and supporting schools in Suffolk and Norfolk on all HR related matters.  This is clearly highly relevant to my role on the Governing Body and enables me to contribute on a wide array of issues.
